Billing for downloads which was never downloaded

2 months ago Mtn billed for 2 downloads the amount of R100.00 after calling the call centre and reporting the problem i was told that i was charged for downloading, I was in training at the time of the downloads, numerous agents advised that supervisors will call me back but no one did I had to follow up on my own and was eventually advised that it was an error on Mtn side and I never did the download. This morning at about 10:30am I loaded a R100.00 airtime to my surprise the exact same thing happened again, I called Mtn to report it and spoke to an agent who could not assist me, after eventually requesting a supervisor Jasper who at first could not take my call, eventually found time to talk to me I explained to him what happened and he says that Mtn made a discreet decision in October last year to start billing clients for downloads, as far as i Know that applies to prepaid clients and clients taking out new contracts, no where in my contract does it say that i will be billed for downloading, I am horrified at the service from MTN. I want my R100. refunded. This is a breach of contract. this is only the 2nd time it happened and i am disgusted with the way Jasper handled my call.
