Hi,
I called your call centre last Thursday about being billed double for the last few months. I was told that you would get back to me about my over payment deductions since last year. No one has got back to me. I need to now have an email as proof of my contacts with you as this is not the first time this has happened with your call centre. It seems they never live up to their promises. This happened before and I let it slide, twice is not acceptable as it is a lot of money.
