ADT response time 19 minures

We received a call from ADT indicating that our house alarm (Melville) had been triggered and requested that ADT respond. As this is the second consecutive Saturday morning this happened, we returned home to assess. When we arrived, there was no note from ADT that they had responded. An ADT response vehicle arrived 19 minutes after the initial triggering of the alarm. When I asked the ADT response person what the response time should be, he said I should ask headquarters. I dismissed him as I thought this was an unacceptable response. Afterward a call centre operator indicated that the response time shouldbe 8 minutes pending call volumes.
