3weeks of no delivery but already taken installmen

I bought a 4 plate stove from Russells in Tongaat on the 23 November 2013. The delivery was suppose to go to Pietermaritzburg. I started calling my salesman Mr Thami but all he could say was "I will report the matter to the manager and you should expect your delivery by next day". On the 13 December 2013 I decided to call the head office to report the matter. I told the call centre agent that I am worried now cause i have recieved an sms saying they will run a debit order on the 13 December. The callcentre agent told me there will not debit money untill the item is being delivered. Later on the day a debit order ran and i called the head office again to report the two matters and i was promised to be called back but it never happened. The person who called meafter the call was Thamie, the sales who said wht he always say but nothing has happened. Today i phoned Thami and hesaid i should expect delivery today but it never happened.

I hope something different will happen from this platform
