I called the call centre with an error message at 4:45pm, the first call centre agent tried to assist and failed. I was told that in 10 to 15 minutes it will be sorted out. This call took approx 20 mins. After the time as past, I called the call centre again. The second call centre agent said I should wait a further 20 minutes. And that I should not call he call centre I should just send and SMS. Approximately and hour after the first call I called the call centre for the third time. I was again told by the call centre agent that. I needed to wait if
Or a further 20 minutes. This is ridiculars. I asked for a supervisor, and he just put me on hold. I held for a further 8 minutes until I ended the call. Where are the supervisors or managers!!! Does no person of authority can deal with these queries.
