Managers need to get back to me ASAP!!!

I sent through a letter of cancellation on Thursday 12 September 2013.

I have had endless problems with ADT from day one...

I had my system installed - 4 months ago, which I paid for in CASH. I am now wanting to cancel because the responce time is 1 hour and 20 minutes (and for many other reasons), the staff clearly aren't trained in what they do because the call to send a vehicle out to my house was only put through 45 minutes later!

I have now been told I signed a two year contract with them so I am liable to penalties, which I refuse to pay! I am not leaving because I woke up one morning and decided I didn't want ADT as my security company anymore, I am leaving because of the terrible service I have received from you TIME AND TIME AGAIN!

According to your system my account is still active because you feel I am in the wrong? Would any normal person leave because they JUST FEEL LIKE IT???

So I am asking that a manager or better yet the CEO give me a call so we can sort this issue out!
