Pathetic service from ADT!!!

I have had an ADT system installed last year around July. Everything was on track and ADT would respond to an activation should there be a problem. On Monday evening 26-08-13 we have a break in, pressed the panic button and ADT didn't respond! To my surprise I then contacted ADT first thing Tuesday morning 27-08-13 to find out why did they not respond. The control room advised that my account has been SUSPENDED. I questioned was it was suspended and they could not give me a reason, took down my details and advised some will call me, obviously with ADT's wonderful service, nobody called. I got to work yesterday 28-08-13 and called ADT from 10:35 until 16:30 about 11 times always being promised a call back but nobody ever bother to call back. Ref for the call is 19512176. Bella at 13:56 advised that the acc was suspended due to the installer not handing in the contract, who fault is that? Bella promised to call back before 17:00 but when I called at 16:30 she had blatantly had ignored my query and went home, Yet again i had to call back for feedback this morning 29-08-13 and NO MANAGERS OR SENIORS ARE AVAILABLE!!! Yet again i need to wait for someone to call me back. I am livid!!!
