Ought samsung top loader 13kg the 26nov11 lid need to be replace for the 4th time and this is the 2nd time they lock my call but nothing happened and the supervisor Thuli never came back and u can not get the head office or the MB to report it The consultants does not listen at all and they all read the same old story. If you don't hold up the line for over 30min you need to phone 4 time to get through They just don't deliver at all. We move around a lot and can't take it to struggle like this! 19Mrt12 was the 1ste lock in Bethal then the 2nde call lock was 1Oct12 they didn't listen because I told them we move to Ceres after 2 weeks fight they fix it and they fixed it again in Ceres before easter weekend Then we move to Garies I lock a call on the 6May13 by mkululekl Nkosi which the call cut off twice and my message didn't came thru to Thuli the 7may13 i call again after 4calls 40mins later I spoken to Thuli she said she refer it to head office nothing happened yet I just received automated update sms's That's not for me! Then they the fasts growers but can't keep it up! I already phone twice today!
