Netstar never again thank you!

I phoned the netstar number to stop my billing as i do not have a contract whith them any more, they told me that i must give one month notice which i did i paid til December 2012 and stop the debit order in january 2013.After a couple of months NETSTAR phoned me and said the debit order did not go off.i told them that i stop it in novemer 2012 as i have sold the ISuzu in october 2012, what they said that i must proof who i spoke to in november with the date and time. THIS IS NOT MY WORK TO DO THEIR WORK FOR THEM!!! IF that person did not do his work it is not my problem.month after month they just bill me for what? THEY SHOULD HAVE STOP THE BILLING THE FIRST TIME NETSTAR PHONED ME! I WOULD NEVER NEVER AGAIN USE NETSTAR AFTER THIS.
