Terrible service towards new clients

Good day

I am highly disappointed in the service towards new clients and really worry about what your after service would then be like for such an essential service.

I called your sales line 2 weeks ago to sign up for ADT armed response, Theo Naidoo was sent to my property to do a risk assessment. He then assured me that technicians would come out the very next day to set up my alarm system. This did not happen, I have been calling Theo ever since and he has either given me further promises or he wouldn't answer my calls or text messages.

Last week Monday he apologized and promised to only bill me at the end of August and assured me technicians would come out last Thursday. This did not happen again, and Theo did not answer my calls when I called him to enquire. I can not understand how such an essential service can not be taken seriously.

Frankly, I have now had enough of this run around to just sign up a new contract. We have Securitas and ADT patrolling in my area so I really don't need to sign up with ADT, I was just going on a referral basis. Clearly people are not aware of this bad service yet and should be made aware before considering new contracts.
