Altech Netstar
No billing - No service

I installed a product from Netstar on 16/04/2013 - Great service with the instalation. I requested that the debit order need to go off on month end which was a problem - They only do debit order from the 1st up untill the 28th? Opted for the fist then...

No debit order was loanded for April, May or June (To late). I need to make a manual payment as I am in arrears - The problem I have is that nobody followed up regarding payment - Banking details ect. I am the one that is on risk of not getting paid it the vehicle is.

Was on the phone for more that 20 min, to try and resolve this minor issue - Not impressed with Netstar. Moved to you guys because of bad service from c-track, but aviosly need to move again after the contract - Need to pay more at tracker, but maybe will recieve a better servide

Not good, and would not reccomend ALTECH NETSTAR!
