NO RESOLUTION AFTER MY FIRST INITIAL COMPLAINT

I LOGGED A COMPLAINT ON 05/07/13
ADT WAS VERY QUICK TO RESPOND, PHONED ME ON 05/07, AND AGAIN ON 08/07 FOR ME TO EXPLAIN MY BILLING QUERY.
QUITE FRANKLY, THEIR SERVICE STILL, AS MORE THAN A WEEK HAS PASSED, AND NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME REGARDING MY QUERY.
WHEN BOTH LADIES PHONED ME FROM THE ACCOUNTS HEAD OFFICE IN JHB, I HAVE TO EXPLAIN MY SAME STORY TWICE, AND NEITHER OF THEM RESOLVED IT.
I AM SO SORRY I SIGNED A 24 MONTH CONTRACT, AND WIL NOT ADVISE ANYONE ELSE TO DO SO/.
IF THIS DOES NOT GET RESOLVED THIS WEEK, I WISH TO TAKE THE MATTER FURTHER, AND EVEN REPORT IT TO THE USA OFFICE, AND ENSURE THAT THE PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS ACCOUNT WILL BE DEALT WITH, AND EVEN TAKE IT TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL.
HOW THE CAN 1 PERSON, AS WELL AS A SENIOR PERSON NOT RECONCILE AN ACCOUNT? WHAT THEY ARE THEY DOING IN THE ACCOUNTS DEPT?
