Legal steps for contract ended in October 2012

Our contract period at Altech Netstar ended on 31 October 2012, and the last debit order for the services went of on the 31 October 2012.
We did not renew our contract nor did one of their consultants contact us for renewing. An e-mail was also sent to their offices inform them that we are not going to renew and that they must make sure that our debit order is been cancelled.
End of November 2013 and Altech Netstar debit order went of, around 20 December 2012 a double debit order went of. After the 2 debit order went of, I went to my bank and let them right the debit orders back for me.
In January 2013 we contact them to confirm that our contract is been cancelled.
But now we reseve on a daily basis SMS's that our Atlech Netstar services are going to be suspend and to avoid legal steps we need to pay the outstanding balance.
If you call the number on the sms, they ask you to send proof. Hallo my contract ended. The Altech Netstar offices slip up not us. All calls are on recorded for safety reasons, why don't they check it.
Because of their error we are looking bad.
