Pathetic Service

Its been 1 year since i fitted a netstar tracking device in my vehicle, and my debit order goes off every month, my netstar tracker which was fitted in Nov 2012 still does not work. I cant recall how many times i tried booking my car in. When i called them, they say i should drive around my area for 15min, i received a call back to say they could not pick up signal. I took off from work and went to Netstar Lenasia on the 5th Sept, the lady booked my car in for the 10th Sept, she told me they had only 1 technician and he will come sort the problem out, no one PITCHED on the 10th. This is really unacceptable and PATHETIC!!! The call centre makes you hold on for 20min before answering.
