Altech Netstar
NETSTAR - NO SERVICE

This is probably the 10th time that I am trying to cancel an old unit (NOT THE NEW UNIT) and wanted to be refunded for the Debit orders which have gone off my bank account after I cancelled the old unit.

I have asked, pleaded and argued with Rustenburg Netstar to help me solve this but only to receive they are busy and will sort it out. (almost 3 months)
This has carried on since the 1 August 2013. This is also not the first and only issue I had with Netstar.
The previous unit didn't work for more than an month, which Netstar claimed it works and is in working order.

Just to get it off my chest, this is very bad customers service from Netstar while Netstar claims to be a market leader.
