A Year's Premium Deducted in One Month

I've been a Netstar customer since I bought my car in January 2012. I received a call towards the beginning of this year year (2013), informing me that Netstar had made an error and were deducting funds off another clients account instead of mine. I gave Netstar my correct banking details and was told by the Netstar consultant not to worry as they would not be deducting the funds for the 2012 year as it was their mistake. About a month later I received another call to re-confirm my banking details as it appeared Netstar had still not got my banking details correct. A few days later I received an sms informing me that I was owing Netstar R 1, 794.14.

This month, Netstar proceeded to debit R 1, 794.14 off my account, without prior warning or without my consent. This is completely unacceptable and failing on receiving a satisfactory reply, I will be taking it up with the relevant authority.
