Altech Netstar
Contract expires and in credit I'm handed ove

My 3 year contract with Altech Netstar expired during the month of September 2011. After instruction was given in uly already that I will not continue with the contract, my account still gets debited up to the month of January 2012. I requested my bank to put a stop order on the account. Round about the monthof May 2012 I receive sms's from VVM Attorneys stating my account has been handed over as its been outstanding for 3 months. Trysing to expalin to them that the account is in fact up to date and that it is Altech Netstar who owes me money, no one seems to be bothered. Calls to and from Altech, emails etc and now on this new year of 2014 I get an SMS from VVM Attorneys again stating that I will get black listed. How rediculous. I've made so many calls to them and repeatedly asked do you have a system where you make notes so that the next consultant can read what has been happening. And again and again I am told yes hey can see there is a problem. Well FREAKEN HELLLLLOOOO. Do something then.
