Money deducted for 20 months after cancelled!!!

Cancelled contract with Netstar May 2012 but money was still deducted from my account for following 20 months!!! Had other cars on netstar so did not notice the difference that still being billed...

Escalated problem and Netstar acknowledged that they have done wrong but now I have to follow up to get my money back! Seriously?? You would think that Altech Netstar want to clear this up as quickly as possible, but that is clearly not the case...

Was told to give Avishkar Singh a call to follow up when payment will be made, after waiting 15 minutes on 011 207 5006 for someone to answer decided to come here.

I even have confirmation mail from Altech Netstar on the 06th of January that payment will be made, now it's the 21st and nothing...

Why do I need to escalate here to get some feedback???
