I purchased a pvr decoder a month ago & called the call centre to connect. The person who dealt with me was severely incompetent and didnot disconnnect my existing decoder even after I confirmed he could. As a result, I was billed for both decoders being in service. I only picked this up when I had technical probs with pvr and reconnected my old decoder and didn't have to call the call centre. When I called this week to correct the mess, I wwas told that both decoders were being billed for. I asked that they listen to the phone recording and reverse the billing. She told me they will and make the reversals by friday and that someone will call me to confirm what they will do. I have still not been called and my stop order has gone off for the wrong amount!! This is severe incompetence and I'm paying the price for it!!
