I would just like to lodge a complaint. I have got two decoders. A primary decoder and a exstra view decoder in my room. The exstra view decoder is one of those old silver big Hd decoders (2 recording channels). The primary decoder is a new HD decoder. I have insurance on both of them.
The old silver HD (2 channel recording) decoder started giving trouble and I took it in to be replaced. Since then I have been having trouble with it. I have exchanged this decoder 7 times for a new or reconditioned decoder at a accredited agent. It cant go on like this for any longer. I pay my subscription every month as well as my insurance. How can a decoder be replaced 7 times and still not function correctly. I saw with my own eyes that the agent took four reconditioned decoders out of the box received from you that he tested and they did not work.
He also told me that these old silver HD decoders are giving them a lot of trouble.
Why cant I then rather receive a new black one in its place. I would rather downgrade from a double record HD PVR to a single record PVR. To have less problems.
I hope you understand my problem. I this problem persists, I am thinking of stopping my subscription.
