As usual inability to assist i.e. incompetent!!!

I drove all the way to Randburg and was told that I had to buy a new HD PVR decoder today.
I bought the decoder and was assured that everything would work perfectly fine. Arrived at home; connect the decoder just to find error E102-29!

Called the call centre; hold the line for 20 minutes just to be "assisted" by Beauty who had no idea how to assist with the problem! After 40 minutes of switching cables, rebooting and checking the non existing signal status; I was told that the decoder is faulty and that I should take it in to Randburg?? I bought this "new" decoder from Randburg???

What am I suppose to do? 4 HD decoders later and I can still not PVR Grey's...

Yet another evening waisted on Multichoice and their incompetent call centre!
