Delay tactics, dishonesty and bad service

On the 22 of january a received a response from Donald from multichoice after i complained about my account with multichoice and them forcing me to pay for a service a did not use. i have been having this problem since december 2012 as explained previously on my complaint. Donald told me they will retrieve the recording and sort out the mess and that was the last time i heard from multichoice, instead i receive a letter and a SMS telling me my account has been handed over to polosa asset management for an amount i disputed from the beginning and did not get any service. they have been giving me delay tactics because they have no leg to stand on. i want this matter to be sorted out immediately and i repeat i will not be paying for services not rendered. i am disgusted with your CUSTOMER service, DISHONESTY and i will definately to go toTOP TV . PLEASE SORT THIS MESS OUT.
