A while ago, I called multichoice to insure my 4 decoders. I know have a problem with one decoder. We took it to the Maponya mall for it to be checked. We were told that I need to pay for it to be replaced and we must call every day to check if they have received the same type. I called last week. To my surprise the lady who answered the phone, confirmed that I only have 3 decoders. I told her that I pay R1292 monthly and that she confirmed the latest payment and that my account reflects a credit. I tried to explain that I have been paying this amount for a while but realized that I am waiting my time. Multichoice can you please confirm the decoders that I am paying for and if I have insured them or not. Last week I spent not less than R100.00 calling your call centre. Why should I call (0119384440) if the line is consistently engaged. Now my Mother cannot watch tv. I am disappointed with the service and yet i have been a loyal multichoice customer for more than 15 years.
