Problems with Xtraview and faulty decoders

We had Xtraview installed on 18 Jan using one of Multichoice accredited installers. Since then we have endless problems using DSTV. Frequently the Secondary decoder would lose connection. As result we could not view anything on the secondary TVs.

The installer has been back 5 times and was still unable to resolve. We have escalated this to multichoice.
They have sent some technical people there last week, and promised it would be resolved. They took both decoders (Primary HD and Secondary SD) and did tests etc. Once they returned and installed the decoders the Xtraview worked.

But now the decoders themselves seem to be replaced and not working. The HD Decoder freezes and cant record.(They said it was due to HDD not being Formatted) once they formatted it seemed to work for 1 day and now back to a state of not recording. The HD also freezes almost constantly. The SD decoder seems to be loosing channels and needs to rescan, we do this around 3 times a day and then again looses channels.

The big problem is it seems the decoders that was replaced, was replaced with substandard broken decoders.

We battle to find anyone to escalates this to.
