Book tickets and sent to wrong person

I purchased Bon jovi tickets and paid with my credit card, however these were issued to the wrong person. I called Big Concerts about the incident. I spoke to a consultant and specifically gave him the details of the case and he assured me that he will call me to confirm if he can re-issue the tickets as he could not pick up my booking. He hasn't returned my call and the tickets have been re-issued to the wrong person again. I would like my tickets please or a refund for the inconvenience. This is totally unprofessional and absolute pathetic service. I called with a problem for only the problem to get worse and no help was given to me to resolve the problem. Please could someone kindly help. I've never been so disappointed.
