Decoder Care Contract means nothing

I've been paying Decoder Care contract for 7.5 years, approx. amount R3500. My DualView PVR decoder fell, slight physical damage (front cover broken at the very flimsy tab) Decoder does not want to record, or buffer shows. The call center agent tells me they are not willing to swap it, and they do not make this decoder anymore, so I cannot even buy one. I have to buy 2 new decoders. What is the use of Decoder Care contract if they are not willing to help? I was even willing to pay a repair fee, but no! I was told that they are not willing to help me. So now I have a useless decoder, still on Care contract, still being paid for, and I cannot use any of the functionality I pay for. Multichoice? I don't think so. Change to Nochoice, because that is more fitting to you.
