On the 2/02/13 I phoned multichoice to reconnect a decoder I replaced with a Pvr decoder. I was told to go to their multichoice shop and do a smart card swop and to pay the installment of R511-33 for the month of Feb. which I did but only got a error 17signal! on the 6/2/13 I was on the cell phone for more than 3HOURS but Multichoice could not resolve the problem. I am so fedup with the "so called service" I received I can scream! On the8/02/13 I called them to request that the decoder I wanted reconnected on the 2nd be disconnected as I did not get a signal from dstv I was met with a person that did not understand me at all! After ending the call a put a call through to them again hoping to resolve the matter but to no avail I could hear that now there is a taunting going on, after a period of time I was put through to the line supervisor who told me that Multichoice do not take down the smart card number as they do not need it! HUH! So he can not help me but he will disconnect BOTH decoders and that is all that he is able to do! Please this does not make any sense at all! how are they going to invoice me at the end of the month? All I want is that said decoder be cancelled!
