Service wrongly suspended

I have been struggling to get proper answers for recurring problem on DSTV subscription, they keep suspending the service although all payments and fees has been paid up to date, the account now has a credit balance.
Has contacted the call centre on various occasions between 04/12/2013 and 18/12/2013, spoke to a Vanessa and Raymond who ensured that the account is in order and that the service will be enabled, but the following day the service is off again. This is unacceptable, the costs incurred to get this sorted out is ridiculous.
Contacted the DSTV agent in Vredenburg who has struggled to get an answer on this problem for the last 10 days.
We are paying for a service we are not receiving... this needs to be sorted out asap or we would have to cancel our contract.
