On the 10/09/2013, my DSTV was disconnected due to non payment. I then reactivated my connection and paid the outstanding subscription and reconnection fee. I then contacted DSTV on the 11/09/2013 to understand what had happened, they then informed that my DSTV was disconected due to unpaid debit order. I immediately checked my account and noted that no Debit Order had been received from DSTV. I then contacted DSTV Debit Orders-Abongile Mkhaza who said they will investigate and get back to me. He requested me to forward a copy of my bank statement which I forwarded, however there has been no response. On the 01/10/2013 I checked if DSTV had sent through a Debit Order and again no Debit Order has been received, I then contacted the DSTV Contact Centre on the 03/10/2013 to query why no debit order had been received and the Agent that took my call could not explain. I then made a cash payment on the 04/10/2013. The Service that I have received from DSTV has been below standard and the problem has still not been rectified. Can someone from DSTV Urgently look into this and resolve thie problem.
