Service wrongly suspended

Our DSTV service has been suspended on various occasions even though the account and fees has been paid up to date. The account now has a credit balance.

We contacted the agent in Vredenburg who has struggled to get an answer for the last 10 days.
We contacted the service call centre on various occasions between the 04/12/2013 and 18/12/2013. Spoke to a Vanessa and a Raymond who ensured us that the account is up to date and that the service will be enabled.

The following day the service is suspended again. The costs incurred to get this solved is ridiculous.
We are paying for a service we are not receiving. This needs to be sorted out or we would have to cancel our contract.
