Dstv unallocated payments department is a flop

On 9 April 2013 paid R1 400 via ABSA internet banking into my dstv account for my dstv subscription using the ABSA beneficiary for DSTV.I made numerous calls to dstv. I mailed 3 different e mail addresses given to me, spoke to different people, and to date hereof the money still does not reflect on my account. You hold on for hours and the one consultant is more useless than the other one. They also do not answer the emails I sent them. Point is the money is in DSTV's account and I am stuffed! Their customer services line is such a disaster... I think I spent more money on my cellphone than the R1 400 I try too get reflected on my account. Sharon Engelbrecht.
