I've had it up to my eyeballs with DStv. I have been an account holder since 1998! After cancelling my debit order months ago, they have still been deducting R655 from my account every month. After not being able to sort this out, I thought switching to a different boutique (DStv Compact) would work. AGAIN R655 was deducted from my account whilst I had R1 200 CREDIT on my DStv account.

After phoning the Multichoice call centre AGAIN when another debit order went through, I was instructed to fax the notification e-mail from my bank to "Jane" and the money would be reimbursed straight into my account. This was a week ago and I have still not seen a cent of the money taken out of my account when there is CLEARLY a credit balance.

This is tantamount to daylight - plain and simple! I will be going to the bank today to reverse the most recent debit order and to CANCEL any debit order from DStv. I am SICK of struggling and battling to sort out this problem. As long as DStv gets their R655 a month, they couldn't give a flying about their customers.
