Disappointed DSTV Customer - poor service- payment

Dear Sir/Madam
DSTV account no. 87419001 was paid on the 1/11/2013. Payment Ref no. 773597944090648213. This was paid at Checkers Hyper Meadowdale. On Monday we received a message stating that payment must be done on Monday 4/11/2013.I contacted Multichoice and spoke to 2 consultants explaining that payment was done on the 1/11/2013. I emailed the receipt to [Email Removed] received a case number and was informed that within 24hrs this will be sorted. I get home from work today 6/11/2013 and dstv service has been suspended due to non payment. I phoned twice to the call centre and up till now our service is suspended. The call centre agent Katlego had promised to phone back and we are still waiting for a response a phone call, something, anything. Very disappointed customer.
