Unlawfull debit on my account

Been having problems with our signal and decoder.took decoder to multichoice, said decoder was fine an installer must come out. Installer said the problem with multichoice.contacted multichoice around the 30th July 2013 was told they can put a hold on my account until such time as we have the dstv sorted I was told my account will not be debited My monies were deducted anyway. I contacted DSTV around the 2nd August 2013 asking why the money was debited and to please credit my bank account. I was told it would take 48 hours for it to show in my account. On Monday 5th August i contacted multichoice again querying why no credit. the lady i spoke to told me the journal was not released, that she will release it but i will have to wait 5 days for my credit which was calculated from the 2nd.By the 7th no monies were received. I contacted multichoice again on the 7th asking where the monies were, to be told that the journal was incorrectly captured, that i must now wait another 7 days that my money would be in on the 15th. no monies. Today they tell me they are processing the journal again, i must wait another 7 days. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Will this happen next month to???
