Failure to refund or credit my account

I made a joint payment to DSTV from my debit card in respect of 2 accounts on 3 March 2013 at Randburg Branch. The following day one of the subscriptions for which I paid was suspended. When I contacted the call centre, they advised that the payment was reversed on this one account (the other account had no problem and payment was accepted) and that I would need to go into the branch to solve the problem.
I went in to DSTV Randburg this past Saturday and they pulled a statement for the 'problematic account', which relfected that the payment had been reversed although I have to date not received any credit in my cheque account nor has DSTV credited this account for the subsequent month of subscription.
I was informed that they would log the query but that the person who accepted payment would need to explain. I have still not received any response from DSTV.
This amount of R725 has been sitting in DSTV's account for over a month and I have not received any service or refund. This amounts to Unjustified Enrichment not forgetting the inconvenience caused of having to travel to Randburg, the suspension of the account etc.
