DSTV mobile to be charged without proper notice

Were invoiced for DSTV mobile services @ R49 per month even though website and in store adverts indicate that it is free for Dstv Premium subscribers.

I was not informed about change in costs and Call centre indicate that from 31 March 2013 this will be charged.

This is breach of contract and totally unacceptable.

I will cancel my full premium subscription of R 7860 per year if this decision is not reversed. Multichoice and DSTV cannot continue to overcharge us like this!
