Service is pathetic

This the second month in a row that I am having issues with multi choice suspending my account. I pay my dstv subscription on the 25th of the previous month for the current month. I pay for the use of the service yet dstv suspends my account because they added a bad debt recovered to my account without informing me. I called the customer centre last month to have my dstv line opened and clearly explained that I do not have the money lying around to pay the bad debt off in one payment. I paid my monthly subscription and an extra portion to cover some of the bad debt and yet my account still got suspended this morning. I paid for the use of the service and I want the service. I want my dstv subscription to be I unsuspended. I will take this matter further as I this service is not acceptable. I informed dstv that I could make full payment on the bad debt recovered yet I pay my subscription timeously every month. What is the point in paying for a service when you cannot even enjoy the benefit of having it. I may as well go to another supplier who may offer me better service. I'm so fed up...
