Cancellation of subscription for 2 months

On the 28 October 2013 I received confirmation "to schedule a disconnection of service" for 1 December 2013.
At the same time I also confirmed that my decoder care contract should also be cancelled.
It was also confirmed in writing that "the Debit Order will also be removed to avoid further deductions".

Currently there is a message on my screen that my Smart Card has been disconnected of service for the 1st December 2013, due to my cancellation for the next 2 months.

Yesterday we noticed that the Debit Order had not been cancelled and that it had been deducted from my current account.

I have forwarded a complaint to Multichoice at [Email Removed] for a refund but find it unacceptable to have to wait for such a long time to resolve this simple issue.
