The BoxOffice website having technical difficultie

The DsTV BoxOffice website has been having technical difficulties for the last couple of days. I can't determine if it's the BoxOffice website or the PayU payment portal. I have been trying numerous times to top-up my BoxOffice account, without success. I have checked with my bank (Capitec) and there is nothing wrong with my card or Internet payment facilities. If I transact individual movies through my cell, its working. Not the way to promote business, DsTV!
