On 7 December I called the Multichoice call center and asked that my account be disconnected due to the fact that my decoder was broken. On 13 December I went to the Lynnwood Multichoice shop and baught a new decoder and THEY sent through a recording signal to my account (I NEVER asked to have the account re-activated) On 29 December I again phoned to confirm the account is deactivated and no debit order will go through on 1 Jan 2013 and it was confirmed as such. On 2 January a debit went through anyway. I again called and the admitted to the mistake and asked that I send through documents as proof and within 7 days the amount will be refunded into my account. Today is day 7 and no refund. I called again and they said no deactivation of the account was done and thus no money will be refunded.
