NEVER GO WITH ONEPLAN

I was still within the 30day cooling of period when I cancelled my oneplan starting on 1 November:

Cancellations sent via e-mail on 28 and 30 October 2013 to [Email Removed] and then after being told no one actioned that email again to [Email Removed] on the 30th October 2013. I was informed that the retention department will get back to me and that NO debit order will be taken on 1 November. The debit order was taken and I request this refund immediately.

I want to place on record that I have contacted 0100010141 several times to effect the cancellation and to avoid the debit order and each time my call will last 16-20 minutes being transferred from pillar to post and being "assisted" by incompetent staff.

I find the fact that I was informed that my debit order will not go off, and it did, unacceptable!

For this reason, I subsequently cancelled both members on the policy, which at first I only cancelled one. If the service at oneplan does not improve, I will cancel the two other policies, in addition to the one below, that I have with you.

The non-responsiveness and lack of integrity from oneplan puts into question their competence to deliver.
