Illegal debit order & refusal te refund

On 1 July I called the Multichoice call centre to cancel my subscription to DSTV and also to cancel the debit order from my account. I requested the service be disconnected at the end of July. I spoke to Nthabiseng, the call ref No is 134 939 364. The debit order went off again 1 August contrary to my instruction.
I called the call centre again on 6 aug and spoke to Nomzamo, Ref No 137415173 to inquire why my request was not honoured. She logged the request aqain & told me I have to wait around 10 working days for the money that was illegally deducted from my account to be refunded to me. The call centre was unable to provide confirmation that the debit order has been cancelled. Nomzamo explained that the call centre cannot cancel debit orders. They can just e-mail the accounts department to request the cancellation. The same that Nthabiseng said during my first call in July. This is clearly not effective. Ntabiseng recommended that I e-mail Multichoice on [Email Removed] in an attempt to resolve this issue wich I duly did on 6 Aug.
It is 25 September (49 days later) and my the money has still not been refunded to me. Can anyone advise how to resolve this
