Billed for Cancelled Contract

My 24 month Nashua Mobile contract ended on 10 November 2013. I sent through all the cancellation documents by email on 22 October 2013 and received acknowledgement all was in order. On 30 November 2013 a debit order for the now cancelled contract came off my account. I let this go through. A debit order was then put through again on 30 December 2013 which I returned, as I have NO valid contract with Nashua Mobile. Now on 24 January 2014 another amount has been deducted off my account. I am reversing it again. How can I continue to be billed for a contract package on a monthly basis that I have CANCELLED, and received acknowledgement that I have cancelled? This is preventing my number being ported over to Vodacom as specified in my cancellation.
