I decide to try the Push n Play service offered through Nu Metro & cancelled the service in April 2013 because for 3 months I did not get any dvd's, yet the money was debited off my account. The cancellation was processed and confirmed but yet the funds were still deducted off my account. So after following up with Anthony at Push n Play I was accused of still having 2 dvd's and therefore no cancellation was processed even though I have email confirmation. How could I have any dvd's if I didn't even receive any in my last 3 months!

So I cancelled, it was processed. I moved companies, so if any dvd's, were sent I would not have received them and why would you send dvd's after the cancellation. I have explained to Anthony, that cannot log-in, I am no longer at my former employer and do not get the emails. I have followed the correct procedure's already in April. Cancellation processed and confirmed. All I am asking is to please cancel my debit order and return my money that is duly owned to me? But I am getting no assistance what-so-ever instead saying that I haven't followed the right procedures.

Please can someone please just cancel my debit order & refund me my money?
