During october i received a message that i only needed to pay R32.50 so i paid R100.00. Couple days later my services was switched off. I phoned in and the consultant was so confused and was not sure on how much i must pay and was told that someone will contact me. And never did and the next day it was cut again. On the 01/11/2013 i paid R760.00. I received a message that i must pay R715.53 by the 01 december and a day later i received a message i must payR1475.53 before the 02 december. I phoned on the 02 december and was told that they can see my payment on the 02/11/2013 but it was reversed. After i sent my proof of payment on thr 01/11/2013. Why must every month be a constant struggle after i made payments. Not too mention the airtime that must be used to phone in and trying to sort multichoice issue out
