I was fully paid up for the year until midnight 31 December 2012. On 30 December I called to convert to monthly payments as of January 2013. Ridiculously I was told I would have to pay approximately R84 for the last 2 days of December. I pointed out I was fully paid up. It took 10 minutes and a supervisor to say it would be sorted out. A few days later they said I owed the same amount. I put Multichoice on Hello Peter and someone called to say it was sorted out. Two days ago a message appeared on my decoder saying that I owe the same amount again. And that I should settle now. Multichoices billing system is so convoluted. The monthly billing for DSTV premium is R655. But when I called in, the automated voice gives a balance of R633. Who knows?!
