Month after month the same problem with my account

After sending all my payments and correspondence from shoprite checkers money market divison regarding payments that was done. Multichoice still disconnects my service every month due to a "outstanding balance" on my account. Due to a payment according to multichoice that was reversed. Shoprite checkers money market division sent me a screen shot of all payments that was received by me was paid over to multichoice. But still my service is still cut off. Clearly there is a problem with their system but yet the customer that pays his account must still be inconvenienced. Not to mention all the airtime that must be used to get my services reconnected. I phoned in today to sort this out as this is now the 3rd month that i must phone them to sort this issue out. Every time i get a case number and get promised this will be sorted out but after 3 months now i dont think thisbwill ever be sorted out. Can anyone help to sort this out as it is becoming abreal hassle.
