I logged a call with multichoice on the 30th Oct 2013 a payment was made but i forgot to insert the reference number I was told to send through a bank statement so that they can allocate the payment and i did exactly that on the 31st Oct, a case no was emailed to me the very same day (CASE NUMBER: 4229835) stating that my query will be attended within 24-hour.

Until this very day nothing has been done by Multi Choice and my Account was debited twice instead.
Now this what I call Poor Service at its very Best I'm very disappointed with Multi choice
I phoned twice to try and resolve this but I'm not winning.

What upsets me is that the consultant I spoke to requested me to go to the bank and reverse now my question is
Whose is going to pay for my petrol to drive to the bank to reverse?
Multichoice needs to do something on how they treat customers I pay a lot to get such nonsense i mean how long does it take to resolve a query, a year?
They you might as well shut down business because you falling us in worst way
