Account suspended but payments up to date

My account was suspended although I have already paid for January. I usually pay on the 23rd of each month for the following month. On 18 December I made a payment for R625 which is for the January subscription. I have never missed a payment yet I was informed that I owe R1200 and should make an immediate payment of R41.

I spoke to Udi at 8am, reference nr 149802322, Udi promised that his supervisor would call me back in an hour to resolve the issue but no one has called and it's been 4 hours now. In the meantime I've received a message to pay R575.68 and the reactivation fee. I am not paying a single cent because my subscription is up to date and I should not have been suspended to begin with.

Multichoice must correct this error and credit all my payments to my account. The next payment is for February.
