I received a message on my decoder to say that I have to pay my account by 2nd of December. I paid it on the 1st at an ok foods store. However... my service was still disconnected on the 6th. Firstly... why disconnect it 4 days after payment cut off, and secondly... why disconnect it if it had been paid? I phoned multichoice to settle this, and was told to email my payment receipt to some payments email address, which I did. I received a reply saying that I will be contacted... and im still waiting. I will not be paying any extra fees in regards to this, and I will also not be paying for the days that I was not able to use the service. I would appreciate if someone could actually pick up a phone and just call me back to sort this out.
